Barrett Steel Buildings is a leader in sustainability within the steelwork industry. Our health & safety policy, supply chain management processes and KPI monitoring system are all constantly reviewed and kept up to date with today's practices.
As well as continued communication with our supply chain to ensure we are giving our clients the best service, we measure our progress through our stringent KPI evaluation process.
We believe any risk is managed most effectively where robust, integrated procedures exist from the start of the design, through the fabrication and erection processes to project completion. We don’t treat health and safety as a set of statistics, it is real. Our sustainability policy is reviewed and updated annually, with clear economical, environmental and social objectives for the following year; Company Policy documents to see our policy document. Our environmental capabilities go beyond other steelwork organisations, we are the first steelwork company in the UK to have calculated its carbon footprint.
