Prologis Park
After 11 weeks on site, Barrett Steel Buildings have now completed works on the 978'000 sq ft distribution centre. Delivering approximately 2'900 tonnes of steel to site, the works were delivered ahead of programme and ahead of cost plan, as clients Prologis commented ' A perfect delivery'.
KPI scores achieved 10/10 in all areas of site operations, including Health and Safety.
Barrett Steel Buildings Design Director, Tony Walker has been designing and pricing distribution sheds for the past 21 years, but is particularly proud of the Prologis Park Bradford development. "Winning the largest shed of the year after months of re-pricing especially in these hard times was an absolute delight infact I'm still celebrating"
